Estimate requests are spaced intentionally instead of arriving all at once. Your calendar stays usable, not overloaded.
Requests only turn into estimates when timing actually makes sense for your capacity and backlog.
Only on-scope requests are allowed to reach the estimate stage. Minimum job size, service area, and project type are respected.
You decide what moves forward. The system supports your judgment instead of forcing constant, reactive decisions.
This is designed for:
Owner-led remodeling companies doing $500k+ per year
Kitchens, baths, additions, or whole-home remodels
Businesses with demand but unstable or unpredictable estimate flow
Owners who want control over what turns into an estimate
This is not for startups, volume-first operators, or businesses without reliable follow-up discipline.

The system is considered working once it produces 20 qualified estimate opportunities that meet your normal standards.
Twenty is enough volume to confirm consistency without overwhelming capacity.
To count, an estimate opportunity must:
Be inside your service area
Fit your typical scope and minimum job size
Have realistic timing
Come from a homeowner willing to schedule a real estimate or design conversation
Opportunities are reviewed conservatively and jointly, using call recordings and intake notes. This is outcome-based, not time-based.
If the system does not reach the objective within 90 days, we continue operating and correcting it at no additional system cost until it does.

The Qualified Estimate Control System creates structure and pacing.
It does not replace ownership or follow-through.
For the system to work as intended, a few fundamentals must be handled consistently:
Calls are answered or returned
Estimate opportunities only exist if someone responds.
Follow-up is timely
Delayed responses turn good inquiries into missed opportunities.
Capacity exists to take on new work
The system can’t create room where none exists.
This system does not compensate for missed calls, avoided follow-up, or lack of availability. When the basics are handled, the system works. When they aren’t, it doesn’t.
